SINGLE REVIEW: Centrelink Radio (REGULAR BAND)

SINGLE: Centrelink Radio ARTIST: Regular Band

Rage against the metaphorical man with Brissie punks Regular Band and their brand new track 'Centrelink Radio'.

Forged from "the safest, most boring suburbs in Brisbane", Regular Band return to form with this latest buzzer; all grungy tones, blazing riffs and apathetic vocals that sneak

around a Violent Soho-meets-Nirvana vortex, but with a few fresh tricks poking through.

Written about the challenges facing an up-and-coming band as well as Indigenous people around the world, 'Centrelink Radio' pounds its distortion and heaving beats while whisking in catchy melodies and even the occasional didgeridoo - and it's a striking little track that develops with each listen (and would no doubt blast the walls down live).

With a bunch of headline shows and supports already under their less-than-regular belts, 'Centrelink Radio' bodes well for the Regular Band lads going into the new year; but before their next adventure, you can check out the new tune and video below.
