INTERVIEW: Harvey Miller + Monte Morgan (CLIENT LIAISON)

Just in time to save 2020, Melbourne duo Client Liaison have officially returned with a rousing musical intervention to ease your woes. No strangers to crafting shimmering ear candy with a retro tinge, the duo of Harvey Miller and Monte Morgan have steadfastly cemented themselves with their bustling pop wiles and effervescent flair since first forming over a decade ago. And with the pair's self-described "faux-fi" increasingly permeating the Aussie music lexicon, it seems fitting that Client Liaison close out a year from personal and musical hell with some neon jaunt courtesy of their latest track Intervention.

Entirely written, recorded and produced remotely during lockdown, Intervention is a jubilant continuation of the Client Liaison narrative, proving not even a global pandemic can keep these prominent indie poppers from weaving musical magic, while also offering the equivalent of a sonic hug draped in sequins to get you to the end of the year in upbeat style. And to celebrate the recent release and to dive deeper into what's to come for Client Liaison, today come join Monte and Harvey chatting with Tiana Speter all things inspiration, gig memories and some very important cinema choices. Interview below!
