MUSIC NEWS: Sunny Coast Set To Celebrate Women In Rock In Feb

Closing out February in explosive fashion, Norton Music Factory on the Sunshine Coast is set to summon the goddess of rock with some incredible Aussie female acts, both local and interstate, lined up for February 24 as part of WOMEN IN ROCK 2024.

Set to offer hours of badass riffs and beyond, WOMEN IN ROCK 2024 will feature headliners RedHook joined by KRAVE, Jollee, Veratie, Viper Syndicate, Acid Cherry and Miss L.C.

EVENT INFO VIA NORTON MUSIC FACTORY:

If there’s one thing that Sydney alt-rock shapeshifters REDHOOK have built their career on, it’s defiance. Since forming in 2018, they’ve consistently defied classification, defied the industry, and defied expectations. Fast forward to 2024 and after multiple sold out shows and major festivals, this is your chance to see them up close and personal at the best little jamhouse in OZ: Norton Music Factory.

Along for the ride we have the unstoppable KRAVE. Handpicked by Suicidal Tendencies for their QLD leg of recent Oz tour. If you have seen them already, you know what were saying and why Suicidals love them so much. Jollee never disappoints and we can't wait to have them back at The Factory. Last time they were here, they blew the roof along with the minds of our frenzied crowd. Viper Syndicate has the bite you know you need and will have you frothin' for sure. Veratie, our local favourites have been on a mission lately and they are ready to take it all and leave nothing on the floor. Kicking off the evening we have Acid Cherry from 4:30pm. We know we needed some heavy hitters on early and there is none better than Acid Cherry. Don't miss them or you'll have to listen to your mates saying you should have been here... Your FOMO is real!
